Dear guest, Welcome to my home! We're delighted that you've chosen to stay with us while you visit Dom. Rep.. This area is very special to me as your host, as this is my very first apartment, the results of my many years endeavors. and now I’m glad to share it with you! You have full access to our washer and dryer, as well as fresh towels, toiletries, and kitchen appliances. Please use eco-friendly settings and recycle your waste using the bins provided. You can contact us by phone if you need anything else while you're here. We ask that you respect our quiet community and keep noise levels to a minimum at night. No extra guests or parties are allowed under any circumstances, and you will be charged for any damages to the property. Please do not smoke inside or on the balcony, as this will disturb our neighbors. Don't forget to turn off the lights and lock the apartment when vou leave. Note: the washing machine does everything, except you need to take the clothes to the roof top and hang then on the clothes line. Thank you! I really hope you enjoy your stay in my cozy home!
