Quiet neighbourhood bordering Torre Alta, where you have the restaurant Tio Pan. Public gym at the top of the street. Local colmado’s 2 mins away You are just 5 mins to Jumbo supermarket and McDonald’s. The teleferico/cable car is just 10 mins away and 20 mins will take you to Maimon where you can eat fabulous fish dishes. There are an abundance of beautiful beaches all along the coastline, the nearest just a mile away. Parking is on street at the front of the property and there is one parking bay inside the garage.
