A stylish one-bedroom apartment on the second floor offers a marvelous view of the largest sea lagoon in El Gouna, complete with a beautiful landscape and a swimming pool. Both the lagoon and the pool are conveniently accessible. Additionally, you can enjoy a completely private stay on the balcony! The apartment is located in 'Sabina' neighborhood, close to the lively Downtown area (a 2-minute drive) and Abu Tig Marina (a 4-minute drive), yet far enough from the crowd and noise. The apartment features high-speed WiFi and an internal telephone to reach any service in El Gouna. Laundry, pharmacy, restaurants, and supermarkets deliver right to your doorstep. Guests have free access to the shared pool and the lagoon, which is open to the sea and swimmable. - Living Space: Includes two comfy sofa beds, providing convenient sleeping arrangements, and a 50-inch smart TV equipped with Netflix and cable channels. - Kitchen: Open, fully equipped kitchen contains all the essential cooking tools and utensils. El Gouna is a VIP protected tourist and residential area with beaches, lagoons, restaurants/ bars, nightclubs, banks, shops, cinema, theater, supermarkets, schools, diving centers, kite-surfing; in addition to a fantastic marina. The location enjoys a comfortable journeys on foot. There are also transportation options include tuk-tuks, which are mini-taxis that cost 50 EGP (around 1 EUR or 1 USD) for up to 3 passengers, available to and from any location in El Gouna. Additionally, there are car rental offices like SIXT and others in El Gouna, as well as bike and bicycle rentals, such as "Crystal Bike," located in downtown.
