Studio with 1 bedroom 1 bathroom & 2 balcony. for rent in madinaty Compound in B11 area . 60 SQM in the ground floor . parking and garden view . 1 king bed + extra sofa bed 2 AC one 1.5Hp on bedroom and the other is 2.25 Hp in living room , 43 inch smart TV. free fast 30mbps speed Wireless internet .. lazy boy and indirect lights . the apartment is new , Comfortable and modern. furnished , all the kitchen tools and bedsheets are Available. & it's self check-in :) you are welcome :)
HI im karim . i'm renting my studio in madinaty b11 the place is safe , clean & quite.. i aim to provide a comfortable accomodation to my guests madinaty is a classy and great compound to live at .. all services and entertainment and shops and restaurants are available my studio is in ground floor . 1 bed room . with all kitchen tools fast internet wifi ... netflix .. lazyboy .. and all what you need to have a nice accommodation . newly furnished . AC . microwave . 43 inch screen . indirect light . 24 H security . parking . and gardens to walk and relax because i care about helping my guests i am guiding them with informations about the best places to go and resturants and ways of transportation etc .. I leave the key beside the door so usually I dont meet guests personally i'm also live in madinaty so i;m near in case and help needed .
Madinaty is a classy private compound ( 30 min from cairo airport ) with all the services you need. ( internal and external buses to Cairo and to the underground metro station which allow you to visit any place in Cairo ... 2 foodcourts, carrefour, cinemas. stores and shops .. many different types of restaurants and supermarkets and pharmacies with delivery services, 2 health care centers,, police station, 24 H security ) every group has wide garden to walk .. people are friendly .. there are a parking lot in front off the building .. security cams .. Delivery service for groceries so you won't need to go out to bring something .. the place is quite , safe , clean & green . there are internal and external buses every 15 & 30 minutes went to madinat nast and cairo under ground station in sarai el kobba and other places inside cairo .. so the transportation is available in both ways + uber & careem services
