Community of two apartments with spectacular views of the sea and community pool, 20 minutes walk from Aiguablava beach, Begur, Costa Brava. Distributed on two floors, at the entrance of the apartment we find the dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen and direct access to the terrace with spectacular views of the sea, a double room with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor is the living room with access to a terrace with views, a double en-suite room, a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is completely renovated and tastefully decorated. Outside there is a swimming pool, an area with an Argentinian barbecue, a laundry room and a bathroom with a shower; all of it communal. There are stairs to access the apartment. It does not have parking. You can park on the street without problem. The apartment has Wi-Fi Television service not guaranteed due to poor coverage in the area. Water restrictions: We inform you that according to Decree Law 1/2023 of February 28, due to the extreme drought we are experiencing, it is forbidden to water the lawn of any private property. There are also restrictions on filling swimming pools and human consumption. Located in the heart of the Empordà, the town of Begur and its beaches make up one of the most wonderful places on the Costa Brava. Its municipal term is formed by a set of hills called Massif de Begur, and an extensive coastline, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea. Both the old town of Begur, made up of multiple heritage monuments from the most significant moments in its history; such as the small Romanesque nucleus of Esclanyà, or the eight coves and small beaches that belong to Begur, make up a set, and a landscape environment, unmatched.
