Beautiful and cozy apartment in the beautiful and quiet town of Gelida. Apartment to ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAYS and at the same time, an apartment prepared for COMPANIES that need to accommodate temporary workers for work or service, commercial , etc. Located near RENFE TRAIN STATION, being able to get around without the car and also located near the AP7 HIGHWAY. In Gelida you can enjoy nature, with a variety of bicycle routes and walking excursions.
PARKING Availability of a parking lot in the building, its mesures are 4.60 m x 2.20 m, ideal for medium or small car or motorcycle. If the car is large or cannot maneuver into or out of the parking lot, it must be parked outside on the street, where free parking is available in the area and close to the apartment. Paid public parking 400 meters away 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, video monitored and covered. OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS It is required to collect the Tourist Tax from guests, 1 eur/person over 16 years of age/night (maximum 7 nights). This amount will be paid at the time of your check-in.
