Light and airy apartment right behind the iconic building & Plaza de España, in the heart of the capital, very close to the Gran Via and shopping district and just a stroll to the Palacio Real. It offers and unbeatable central location to enjoy a comfortable stay in Madrid, whether for business or pleasure. The apartment is in a portered residential block with lift, set in quiet surroundings with excellent transport links. This elegant and sunny one-bedroom apartment has been recently decorated and offers an excellent location for those wishing to explore Madrid on foot. It has a brand new fully-equipped kitchen as well as central heating and air conditioning for your comfort. There is also a free wireless Internet connection for your convenience. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people, with 1 double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
