The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean and has aircon in every room, so was perfect when we arrived on the hottest day of the year so far. We would highly recommend a stay here, to take in all the main attractions of the city. Loved it.

Property info

Two bedroom apartment in the heart of Murcia with everything you need to spend an unforgettable stay. Perfect for 4 people, although there is the possibility of expanding to six. In the apartment there are towels and sheets. There is a paid parking lot about 250 meters away called Empark. There is also a free parking area called a deterrent and is about a 10-minute walk away.

Neighborhood info

San Andrés is a neighborhood of the city of Murcia (Region of Murcia, Spain) located to the west of it. Together with the neighborhoods of San Antón, San Basilio and El Ranero, they constitute the Northern District of the capital. It was part of the old suburb of Islamic origin of medieval Murcia, called Arrixaca. After the conquest of Murcia, with the gradual depopulation of the Morería, the primitive parish of San Andrés was erected on an old mosque, having the first data on it in 1293, being the origin of the neighborhood of the same name. San Andrés contains among its streets a long history of artisans, convents and brotherhoods. Its population is one of the oldest in the municipality of Murcia according to the INE. Its number of inhabitants is 2 197 (INE 2019).. The best option is to move on foot, since there is a lot of traffic and little space to park.
