Modern duplex apartment without neighbors, it is the only apartment in this building (the ground floor is a closed garage). It is registered as tourist accommodation. Perfectly equipped, it has air conditioning cold / warm and recently renovated (in 2017) modern style, white and neutral colors, with lots of natural light, fresh plants and flowers and a large terrace on the top where you can sunbathe with total privacy There are 2 sunbeds and a table on the large terrace. Also a portable barbecue. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, crockery, cutlery, electric cooker, coffee maker, toaster. It has everything you need, it is also connected to the living room where we find the comfortable sofa with the flat screen TV with a small table and also next to it we have a dining table with chairs, located just in front of a huge window that leaves enter the sunlight, we have everything at hand. This apartment can accommodate 4 people, all with new and comfortable mattresses. From the upper terrace the views are clear and you can see both the town and all the mountains near Felanitx (the Sant Salvador hill, Santueri, El Calvari...

The location is perfect: near the center with several bars and restaurants (Xino Xano Restaurant, Cas Solleric, Estragon Restaurant) and easy parking. Also from the town where it is located, Felanitx, it is very easy to reach several beaches and coves such as: Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita, Cala Llombards, Cala Mondragó, Cala Sa Nau, Cala Marçal ... or Portocolom, Although it is a tourist area, it is still a port that still retains a traditional fishing atmosphere with a beautiful lighthouse at the entrance.
