From the moment you step inside the apartment, you'll feel relaxed and welcomed by the eclectic and contemporary style. The apartment is located on the top floor of a friendly, residential building with lift access.

Neighborhood info

Candelaria is a bustling seaside town on the sunny southeast coast of Tenerife and is one of the most sought-after places to live by the locals. Emblematic of local life on the island, you can find everything in Candelaria from independent boutique shops in the pedestrianised shopping street of Calle Los Príncipes to bars and restaurants for all tastes on the Avenida Maritima. Enjoy an evening drink in the Plaza de la Patrona de Canarias with views of the famous Basilica. There are plenty of beaches to choose from in Candelaria and neighbouring Las Caletillas, which are connected by the promenade along Avenida Maritima.
