Beautiful and cozy apartment on the second line of the beach in the center of Rincon de la Victoria with all services next door. Breakfast on the terrace enjoying the sea views. The beach is across the street. The house has 3 rooms, free WIFI, adult and children's bicycles, toys, strollers, golf clubs, beach accessories such as chairs, umbrellas, inflatable boat, plus air conditioning, dishwasher, oven, micro ... Buses to Malaga at the door

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in the center of Rincón de la Victoria, therefore all bars, restaurants, shops and services are within walking distance. In the same street there is the best butcher shop, around the corner there is a spectacular bakery, as well as a perfect cafeteria for breakfast. And the best of all is that just by crossing the street we reach the promenade full of restaurants, ice cream parlors, a running area and bikes, as well as a very large playground and of course the magnificent Rincón de la Victoria beach. The supermarket is at the beginning of the street and very close there are pharmacies, banks, Chinese bazaars, etc... The most important stop in Rincón de la Victoria is just around the corner. All the buses stop there. The center of Malaga is only 25 minutes by bus from here. The best thing about the house is that you don't need the car at all.

In this case there will be a normal check-in process: keys delivery, luggage delivery, even change of clothes, but then you will be requested to leave the accommodation until the cleaning is completed, maximum 16:00 hours. As soon as it is ready, we will let you know.

- For Check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash on arrival.

- For Check-in from 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash on arrival.

- We do not receive guests after 1:00 a.m.
