The Coco & Palma holiday homes are located in an emblematic building in Puerto de la Cruz, the Martina building, with a communal swimming pool and directly facing the sea and Martiánez Beach. Newly renovated and fully equipped, our studios and 1 and 2-bedroom appartments are the perfect choice to enjoy a well-deserved rest or to work in a quiet and paradisiacal environment, just a few steps away from the beach, the promenade or the famous saltwater swimming pools "Lago Martiánez". All our accommodations have Smart TV, high speed Wifi and quality equipment, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable and furnished living room with sofa-bed. All have side or front views of the sea, the beach and the promenade. The "Coco" apartments are located on the 3rd floor, while the "Palma" apartments are located on the 8th floor of the building. The Martina building has spacious communal areas with a large entrance, 6 lifts, and the newly opened outdoor area with a solarium and a nice seating area with planters, where you can sit and read a book in a relaxed atmosphere. There is a supermarket just below the building and at street level you will find plenty of commercial premises, shops, restaurants and bars. About 200 metres away is the Martiánez Shopping Centre, with its shops and supermarket and an underground car park (it is advisable to park there on the day of arrival, as it is sometimes difficult to find parking near the accommodation). On the other hand, we have the possibility to offer you a private parking space near your accommodation (subject to availability and payment). Please ask our Guest Services team about this option.

Our accommodation is located near the Beach Martiánez, and very close to "Lago Martiánez", the famous salt water pools of Puerto de la Cruz, designed by the famous artist César Manrique. In the surroundings there is a wide range of leisure, bars and restaurants, as well as a supermarket. An ideal place to enjoy the atmosphere of this part of the city.
