The house is divided into two floors. On the upper floor are the kitchen, the dining room, a living room and a double room with a bathroom (suite). From this same floor you can access the two terraces (front and back) and the laundry room On the ground floor (street level) there are three bedrooms, a living room and a complete bathroom with bath, toilet and two sinks. From this floor you can access the garden and the swimming pool. Of the three rooms, one has a double bed, another has a three-seater bunk bed and the third room has a bed with a different type of trundle,

Impormasyon ng neighborhood

L´Estartit beach is a nice place. There is a wide sandy beach that slopes gently. And a spacious parking lot. (free) The Medas Islands are very popular with divers and for snorkelling. There are daily excursions, but it is also nice to go there for paddle surfing or canoeing, sailing or windsurfing. A boat trip around the islands is well worth a visit. There is a nice shopping street, boulevard and plenty of terraces, restaurants and bars. Torroella de Montgrí is a typical Catalan village with nice streets and small boutiques, terraces and a nice weekly market. To move around we recommend a car as Torre Vella is on a mountain.
