Current update on the pool situation: Due to the severe drought, the governments have enforced all 75000 pools on the Costa del Sol to remain closed until 1st June. After this point they are allowed to filled, industrially cleaned and reopen. HOWEVER, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO STRESS THAT THIS IS NOT TO SAY THAT 75000 POOLS WILL REOPEN ON THIS DATE. THESE POOL HAVE BEEN FORCED TO SHUT FOR MONTHS WITHOUT CLEANING AND MAINTENTANCE AND WILL THEREFORE NEED TIME FOR THEM TO BE PREPARED TO REOPEN, WITH EVERY COMMUNITY WANTING THEM TO REOPEN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND ONLY A LIMITED AMOUT OF SWIMMING POOL COMPANIES. WE THEREFORE CAN NOT GUARENTEE WHAT DATE THEY WILL REOPEN AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME. Hopefully this will be sooner rather than later, and our listings will updated accordingly. No parties, bachelor/hen type groups etc are allowed to stay at this property. Should we receive any noise complaints, damage or complaints of rowdy/inappropriate behaviour guests will be evicted by Airbnb and no refund issued. On reserving this property guests are complaint that they have read and agree to abide the house rules. Please note that despite the 'Instant Book' feature, groups of guests under the age of 25 will subsequently have their booking cancelled.

Mirador de Estepona Hills is one of the Costa del Sol's most exclusive urbanisations. The estate features two large swimming pools surrounded by Balinese beds and sun loungers. Both pools have separate children's pools and are serviced by their own pool bar and restaurant. On site there is also a boutique delicatessen which also has it's own terrace. Should you need a larger supermarket, there is a Mercadona a mere 2 minute drive away. From the southern entrance to the urbanisation its is possible to walk into Estepona town in 15/20 minutes. By car it is a 5 minute drive. Clients also have access to 'Los Reales Sports Club' which has a fully equipped gym, pádel clubs and restaurant. Access is available for a subsidised rate of 5 euros per person, per day. Padel courts are free between 7-10am and 13-16pm. Outside of these hours they are able to rent with a 50% discount. Both Malaga and Gibraltar airports are under an hour away by car. Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella are a 5/20/30 minute drive away respectively.
