From the entrance we access to the hall with a guest toilet and to a bright and airy living room with two double sets of French doors opening onto the large covered terrace overlooking the pool. Adjacent there is a dining room. The kitchen is spacious offering a breakfast table; there is also access to the pool area. The ground floor offers two bedrooms; a master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a bath and access to the outside. Close to this bedroom is the utility room with the washing machine; it has access to the exterior. The second is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room. From the hall stairs take us to the upper floor that boasts two bedrooms; a twin with en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a terrace partially covered terrace with great open views of the surroundings and the pool area. The other twin bedroom has en-suite shower-room. This bedroom can also access the terrace from the corridor. Air conditioning in the bedrooms with a fixed and limited timetable.

Great country house Jardí for 8 people; perfect for families or group of friends. The house has great and convenient location as is set in the country in a relaxing quiet area yet very close to the facilities and amenities that you need to spend a great holiday. The tourist resort Cala D'Or with a pedestrian area offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops, boutiques and several sandy coves such as Cala Gran, Cala D’Or or Cala Esmeralda in Cala Ferrera. Approx. 2 km. away we find the small locality of Calonge and 2km. away S’Horta, both offer cafeterias, some local shops, banks and good restaurants.
