This is our second time and we love it!

We liked the room and the view from the balcony, the location, and the food. We found the food here better than the restaurants around. Also there is variety in food at a reasonable cost. The location is in close proximity to the Murro beach, which was by far the best beach we came across.

The all inclusive price was unmatched. Great vibe in the hotel too.

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast spread was excellent. We loved having multiple on-site options for lunch and dinner, plus so many activities available without ever leaving the property. We received a complimentary day at the sun beds was such a thoughtful touch and made our trip feel extra special. The pool was large, super clean, and incredibly relaxing. Our room was spotless, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful — truly a perfect holiday. It was also conveniently close to local markets and restaurants in town.

Breakfast is perfect, rooms - are clean and all works, location is perfect.

Different kinds of activities for the whole family from morning until evening. You'll never get bored throughout the day. Breakfast and dinner was delicious! Rooms were beautiful on the 5th floor!

Great facilities and activities for kids.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entertainment was excellent, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and everything was spotless throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel truly comfortable.

Everything was amazing; location, food, service, everyone super helpful and always smiling. There are 15-20 activities every day for babies, kids and grownups. You have to go, try it and convince me it is not a 10 out of 10 :)

Perfect for families with little children. Pools are great. Place is clean. The staff are great. The food is above expectations. Very well organized. Nice view and good beach access.

The breakfast was of an outstanding quality. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was lovely and the facilities were overall great.

Amazing hotel, the staff is lovely, the service is great and food was amazing every day. Luisa, Pablo, Juliana and Patricia were super nice and kind, always eager to help. And Pepe even went the extra mile to lend us a sunshade on our trip to the beach. If you are staying at this hotel, you can visit the pool of other neighboring hotels of the chain and each one of them has a different pool attraction for the kids. Worth every star!

Great hotel. Beuatiful sandy beach 3 min away, you just have to cross a bridge that goes through a forest. The food was amazing, we booked breakfast + dinner and weren't disappointed - great variety, tastes good, all freshly cooked. Waiters and personnel in general very attentive and polite. Good animation programme, especially music bands that were invited. It finished by 10.30 every night without exceptions, so we were able to enjoy good music without sacrificing the sleep. Good poll facilities, gym is a bit small but you can find ways to train there and it's perfectly fine for vacation-mode workouts. Clean renovated bungalows- we had Silver option and it was great. Great job Hotel Valentin and THANK YOU for the amazing vacation! Will be definitely coming back 🙂

I loved the attention and care from the staff in making us feel welcome the whole time. The meals are wonderful and of very good quality. The facilities for children are very good and they even have a heated pool for them. Activities for children throughout the day and also for the whole family every evening after dinner. The location is perfect with a wonderful beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

The staff was amazing and friendly, especially the ladies cleaning the room and the staff who was taking care of us during our breakfasts. A huge thanks to them for making our stay really comfortable and safe (since we were two small in stature women traveling, feeling safe somewhere is a huge thing. So if you are someone looking for a safe hotel, safe area in Mallorca, this could be it for you). The hotel is also in a Really quiet area although close to a lot of good restaurants, port and clean, safe beaches. Perfect place to unwind and relax, with a view and access to the beach as well.

Amazing comfortable room (it's more like a suite), stuff was wonderful (especially Pablo from the restaurant). Great food for breakfast, amazing food for dinner. One of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca is in front of the hotel (3min walk). The pool was great and clean, the bar was fantastic (coffee was wonderful and the dishes from the menu were fabulous)

The breakfast and dinner was beyond expectations, thematic dinners, very wide variety of meal options for meat, sides, desserts and all. Breakfast included plant milk options as well. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were very nice and helpful. There were concerts by the pool almost each night (which can be heard at night in the rooms at the pool side of the hotel). The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants and bars, bus stop for daytrips and to shopping opportunities. We also had the opportunity to have a limited breakfast with coffee upon departing to our early flight in the morning (before 5 am). Would be happy to return and would definetely recommend to all!
