For over 30 years, I have been coming here regularly, and I have had the joy of watching my children grow up here, with their feet in the sand and their hearts light. I love this small, human-sized town, where everything can be done on foot and where people take the time to enjoy life. I find a rare sense of peace here, between the canals, the sea, and the vast natural reserves nearby where I love to walk. Today, it is a true pleasure for me to share this little slice of paradise with other travelers. I hope you will feel as at home here as I do, and that you too will create wonderful memories.
