Listed building of historical interest in Carrer del Miracle de Balaguer, rehabilitated in 2020, respecting its original architecture, has 5 warm and spacious homes with a wonderful terrace with panoramic views of the old town of Balaguer and also common areas who would like to be emblematic of our city. All the rooms, doubles and exteriors, have sought to create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. They have their own fully equipped bathroom, with hairdryer, heating and air conditioning. On each floor you have books for reading lovers; in the common areas, chesters, seats and tables designed for chatting, and outside, two terraces to enjoy the tranquility outdoors. We leave you with large spaces where natural materials predominate accompanied by small details, with great simplicity but looking to create a fantastic space to rest and feel at home. And, despite being animal lovers we cannot allow their entry to respect the rest of the House’s customers.
