spectacular garden and pool area!!!! just stunning …. this is a shared area with the owners as their house also on the land, but they never used it or were around when we stayed… the villa is also far away and private to their house where they live . the villa itself is rustic, which is what we like …. we adored the villa and would totally recommend to friends dad and family … only thing to note if you go more in winter months like we did is it can be cloudy and cooler up there compared to by the coast , but this was expected … we had a car so used to just visit the beaches and explore the island every day … we cooked at the villa every night except one , cooking facilities are great!… there’s also outside bbq area !!.. it’s a peaceful location away from the hub of tourists , but coast is easily reached with in around 20 mins by car !!.. hosts are lovely. would recommend !!!

The beautiful cottage “La Casita del Rincón” is located in Arona and boasts a sea and mountain view. The property consists of one room with a living area with a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a king size bed, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable television, a washing machine, children’s books, a baby cot and a highchair. Furthermore, the property boasts a private outdoor area with 2 terraces (open and covered) where you can relax and admire the beautiful mountains. In the communal outdoor area, which is shared with the residents of the other apartments on the property, you will find a beautiful garden dotted with palm trees, a pool, an outdoor shower and a table tennis table. In approximately 5 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Arona where you will find a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. The nearest supermarket is located an 8-minute drive from the property (2.9 km). A 20-minute drive away the beautiful beach Playa de los Tarajales awaits your visit (12.7 km). Here you can relax on the soft sand and soak up the Spanish sun. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. There are some cats and a small dog belonging to the homeowner who live on the property. The homeowner lives in a separate house on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The property can also be rented for events; if interested, please contact us before booking. The pool is unheated and open all year round. The pool is open from 9:00 to 19:00.
