Discover the charm of this fantastic apartment with two bedrooms two bathrooms one ensuite, located in a privileged location close to the main shopping and leisure centers. With a comfortable living room, this accommodation offers space for up to 4 people, making it the perfect place to enjoy a holiday with family or friends. This is a newly built neighborhood (Las Mesas) located just above the port of Estepona. The old town can be reached on foot. There are sufficient connections for public transport. For example, it is not necessary to rent a car if you fly to Malaga airport. The space The apartment is on the ground floor and has a spacious and bright bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds (box spring) that can easily be clicked together and a separate bathroom. Also a baby cot available. A cozy living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped open kitchen and a laundry room with washing machine and clothesline (dryer not included). The charming garden terrace invites you to relax outdoors, while the garage in the building offers safe and convenient private parking. Guest access The property is located in the sought after Las Tables area, within a community that offers a wide variety of amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, children's pool, indoor heated pool, beautiful communal gardens and a fully equipped gym.
