Given this exceptionality, we cannot guarantee the condition of the gardens and swimming pools, nor the possible restrictions on their use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. RESOLUCIÓ ACC/747/2023, de 6 de març The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected that cannot be carried out normally. No such event will entail any type of compensation. We try to make your stay as pleasant as possible, so we are available 24 hours a day in case any questions or problems arise. Our office is open Monday till Saturday from 9:30 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 h. Out of office hours always have an emergency number to contact us.

Property info

It consists of living-dining room with exit to terrace with direct access to the communal area, equipped kitchen, 1 large double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 1 bathroom. The community is very nice with a large garden and pool as well as a small space to play football. It is accessed by 2 different streets, and on one side, opposite the community, there is a large supermarket. Close to the center and less than 200 meters from the beach "Port Pelegrí". The terrace is minimal, with space just for a small table. Suitable for 4 people, but we advise that the bunk bedroom be used for children no older than 10 years. Parking place in communal garage. Neighborhood info

Originally a fishing village, Calella has become a small town where urban growth has been strictly controlled so that the original charm of the town has not been affected. The beach is very picturesque with several coves. Instead of high-rise apartment blocks, general emphasis is placed on small, well-planned spaces with gardens and trees. Calella has the characteristics of "the perfect place" for many people, large enough to have excellent facilities, including good restaurants, bars and shops, but small enough to avoid organized travel. Booking information: During the months of high season, July and August, the rent is always from Saturday to Saturday. The entrance is from 17:00 h and the departure is at 10:00 h in the morning. Outside of high season the entrances and exits are flexible.
