This holiday villa with a private pool is in the best area of Playa América, in Nigrán, a three-minute walk from the beach and is perfect for families and groups of friends. It consists of four large double rooms and one triple, a comfortable living room with TV, dining room with fireplace, three bathrooms, two with shower and one with bathtub, kitchen and a large outdoor space with barbecue area, outdoor dining room with pergola and swimming pool. private 4x8 meters. relax with family or friends! ​Ver detalles
FAMILY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US THAT'S WHY OUR ACCOMMODATION WELCOMES GUESTS IN A FAMILY MANNER, IT IS A VERY COMFORTABLE AND PRACTICAL HOUSE AND STANDS OUT FOR HAVING A SWIMMING POOL FOR PRIVATE USE AND A LARGE AREA TO ENJOY THE OUTDOOR BARBECUE AND THE LUNCH AND DINNER LISTENING TO THE SEA. VERY QUIET AREA AND VERY CLOSE TO THE BEAUTIFUL AMERICA BEACH. COME ENJOY A WEEKEND OR A FEW DAYS OF RELAXATION WITH YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS!
Our house is located in a quiet and relaxed area of the wonderful Playa América, a sandy area of almost 3 km, in one of the most touristic towns in the south of Galicia, famous for its large and beautiful beaches, which together with its climate make it in an enviable destination. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag for decades, a symbol of the quality of its waters and its services. It is crossed by a promenade and is one of the best sandy showcases in the Rías Baixas. Very close is also the beautiful Playa de Patos, more open and with considerable waves, which is one of the surfing paradises in the Rías Baixas. Near the famous town of Baiona with its narrow, cobbled streets with a medieval air and a very good atmosphere. On the Monterreal peninsula that delimits the wide inlet overlooking it is its monumental fortress protected by walls and towers. After climbing to its heights, you have to walk the more than two kilometers of promenade, from which you can contemplate the bay, the seafront and, a little further on, the Cíes.
