Absolutely loved this hotel. They don't take any nonsense which is great. No rowdy crowds. If people are shouting and carrying on, they won't tolerate it. The breakfast is excellent!. The staff are lovely and helpful. The place is clean and well kept. The rooftop pool is beautiful and has soft furnishings. It's beautiful.

Carrer de Sant Pere leading inland from the beach has lots of international brand shops and exclusive jewellers. The town also has excellent nightlife, with a wealth of restaurants, bars and one of the Costa Brava’s biggest casinos.
For a spot of culture, the Verdaguer Centre houses relics from the Iberian settlement of Puig de Castellet dating to 250 BC.
Just north is Water World, one of Europe’s biggest waterparks, while offshore watersports include diving, snorkelling and sea kayaking. Lloret de Mar also offers karting and a few golf courses.

The areas is a little run down, the beach is expensive to park, and if you hire a car like we did good luck putting it somewhere.
Yes there are parking areas but its £33 a day.
We found a secret car park that was free off season.
You can park on the road if there are no lines
Not a lot to do in the area and not a lot advertised (like go karting and water park we found as we left).
Overall its got a nice beach a but parking and bars are expensive on the front (uk prices).
I wont go back, no point, seen it all and the streets are not worth walking twice.
Weather wise, its north spain so expect it to be hot one day cloudy by 4pm, we had two days raining as its May, when costa del sol is 27 and pure sun.
Good though its only 2 hours
Barcelona worth the visit as its massive, but not the beaches.

Lloret de Mar was a lovely place but as we stayed at the end of April the water park was not open , the weather wasn’t great for days on the beach either, even if the weather was good the sand on the beach was very gritty so it made it very painful to walk on. We went as a couple in our early 50’s , we were unable to find entertainment at night so would have been worse with children, it’s definitely a place for younger ones to party at night

The small town surely has its own charm for certain groups of people, but probably not for families with small children, the beach is not clean, the sand is too rough for kids to play with, and the waves are too strong for swimming, which are very disappointing for my toddler. We did enjoy the hiking path along the coastline though, which was unexpected in my trip planning.

Lloret seems to be quite a sleepy seaside town with not much...
Lloret seems to be quite a sleepy seaside town with not much going on except the beach, but that was fine as that was all we wanted. There were lots of pubs and nightclubs around but 99% seemed to be closed. Again, this was great for us as we dislike that kind of thing! If you want to go for a jog on the beach, or a coastal walk or simply sit on the balcony and be mesmerised by the constantly changing sea view, this place is for you. I had hoped that I would find more Catalan speakers, as I am learning this language. All the shops and signposts are in Catalan, but most people speak Castillian Spanish.
A wonderfully relaxing winter sun holiday for those who want to escape Christmas capitalist overkill.

Very busy shops. Streets are really dirty and smelly!
Very busy shops. Streets are really dirty and smelly! Smell like urine and drains.
We also got lost ALOT and ended up walking in dodgy back streets. No signage and constantly on Google maps.
Highlight of the trip was a fantastic steak house down the main high street.
Drinks not as cheap as you would imagine for Spain!
The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, near thr Fenal beach, a more family-friendly location. The hotel itself has 4 swimming pools, very clean and well maintained. The food buffets are quite good and offer a wide variety of options. For outdoor sports, there are basketball and paddle courts. There is a small game arcade opposite the pool.
The property itself is nice and well maintained. There's plenty of parking as well. The apartments are quite comfortable itself, but the interior is a bit dated and could do with a renovation.
There is a long list that I can tell I liked. Eveything was as good as in the pictures. Host Maria has told us eveything about apartment, environment, free parking spots close to hotel etc. We stayed 1 week and there were enough toiletries to use, kltchen supplies were quite well and enough. Eveything was convenient. Location was really at the hearth of the town, there were restaurants and supermarkets closeby, hotel is 5 min walk to beach…
really comfortable beds , room cleaned everyday , friendly staff , lovely buffet breakfast & even though we didn’t have dinner included in our package we had dinner 3 of our 5 nites stay beautiful selection of buffet to select from very tasty .
Fantastic view from sea view room with balcony. so happy I picked it as weather was poor but Hotel Miramar made up for that we enjoyed our stay !
The staff was very helpful, even though some of them didn’t speak English we still managed to sort things out. The chefs were good, except one who seemed to be always in a rush and didn’t listen to me and undercooked the food. If you’re all inclusive you get some drinks for free and rest is discounted. Only 5-10 minute from the beach and the location is great. Spa was my favourite of all facilities!
A nice hotel in the centre of Lloret de Mar. I would say it's mostly suitable for the young people. The room wasn't big, but it was clean and there was a desk. No wardrobe though, only a few hooks on the wall. The breakfast was very good with a range of dishes. However, we don't know if it was different from day to day, as we only stayed for a couple of nights.
Liked the little spa inside, because outside pool water were pretty cold. Kids playground outside next to pools. Good breakfast. Very good location in the city centre and near beach to walk with kids. Paid parking under hotel, could enter the hotel with elevator from parking lot. The bed was made every day. Clima inside. Locker and little fridge in room.
Overall bad experience and the only good things were comfortable beds, great location & good selection of food at breakfast although long queues for the only 2 coffee machines serving more than 200 rooms! The service was bad & terrible value for money, not what we expected for a 4 star hotel. It was more like a 2 star hotel.
The position of the hotel is near the center of Lloret de mar. The staff is very friendly and dedicated to fulfill our requests. The food is varied and of high quality. Everywhere in the hotel is clean. Lloret de mar is a beautiful town with a very beautiful and full beach shops and restaurants
Few hotels can make you feel at home to such extent as Hotel Caste made me. Marissa is such a mother figure and takes such good care of her guests. Everyone is always ready to help and smiling. This kind of hospitality only comes from years of experience in the business.
I really like that hotel is super clean, amazing view on the beach, really close as well to the see, nice restaurants. Super friendly stuff. As well was really nice to have pool on the rooftop with bar and nice view😊
We were in this hotel 4 years ago and we had some ideas what to expect... but... this time room was very basic but clean... 4 star 🤔 and not even a kettle to make a coffe ...
Slides are good fun.
Solesperit is not necessarily a "cozy" hotel but it's definitely a good one for a short stay. The room was nice and well equipped. The bathroom was pretty clean.
The wifi worked well for me.
Great hotel. Convenient location. There are all the amenities. I was especially pleased with the staff at the reception. Clean water in the sea and very beautiful beaches. I recommend.
Nothing . Food was terrible we stayed for 5 nights on a 12 day trip . We are currently staying in the evenia olympic Gardens all inclusive and it's 5 stars all round .
