"ESTELAS". Calm, greenery, near the sea .. Las Dalias house is located 250 meters from SOMO beach with about 6 km, view from the sea and only 20 minutes from Santander. All kind of shops only 5 mn walking from home. Beautiful house of 140 square 5 minutes away from SOMO beach. To get there you will walk through a beautiful path from the house. KITCHEN COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN NOVEMBER 2023. 1° floor: Bedroom 1: 2 persons. Bedroom 2: 1 person Bedroom 3: 2 persons 2° floor: Bedroom 4: 2 persons 1 bathroom with wc and 1 shower with wc. A big garage. THE HEATING IS PUT FROM MIDDLE OCTOBER UNTIL THE BEGINNING OF APRIL: 20 DEGREES (Measure imposed by the Spanish government this year according to the energy sobriety plan): SUPPLEMENT OF 20 EUROS PER DAY. On the street. Paid parking from June 15 until September 15 on the street near the accommodation. ( Free from 20:00 until 10:00 in the morning). Possibility to put a car in the garage. THE REST OF THE YEAR FREE PARKING ON THE STREET." If you like surfing this is a good house for you . You have a big garage to leave your surfboards or wetsuits ,the garden is provided with a hoose to clean your equipment.. If you like surfing this is a good house for you . Each room in the house and furniture is being relooked by myself. I'm spanish but I speak french, english and italien, arabic ( 2 years at the university). I've been living in USA ( High School in Houston, Texas) / Saint Gilles les bains, La Reunion /Brussels,Belgium / and London, England....For my trips: Madagascar, Seychelles, Mauritius, Turkey, Marocco, Mexique, Croatia, Baltic countries.... Loving adventure and challenges :crossing 100km in canoe , Madagascar, building a house in Alsace. Loving "relook" but also the creation of objects. Extrovert, natural and sociable.
