This stunning villa has a private entrance with a fantastic outdoor area with a private pool and landscaped gardens. It has a private driveway for off road parking. The interior is very modern, minimalist and spacious with plenty of space. The open plan living dining room has beautiful views over the pool area with full length floor to ceiling windows. The living area leads into an open plan modern sleek new fully fitted kitchen area, downstairs is a large open plan underbuild with sofa and TV and upstairs is a spacious roof solarium. Please Note some of the furnishings may vary
From the moment you contact us you will feel confident you are dealing with professional and reliable people who have many years experience in Spanish property rentals. We will share with you our extensive understanding of the local area and will be on hand during your stay to help with any queries you may have. Whether you are looking for a beach holiday or a golfing break we can create the perfect holiday for you. We can give you information on all local things to do, places to go, entertainment, golf courses and beaches. You will be met on arrival to show you all around the home and given a welcome brochure with information about the area and we will be on call in case of any emergencies or to answer any questions
There are 3 golf courses within a short drive Villamartin, ampoamor and Las Ramblas There are bus routes taking you to La Zenia Boulevard for shopping and the local beaches La Fuente commercial centre is 10 – 15 minutes walk away. This has a large selection of restaurants and bars to choose from. The centre has many bars that show all major sporting events and Premier league matches inc The Stray Sod Irish bar and tradewinds which have live music on every week. There are some lovely restaurants for all tastes including a Spanish restaurant ‘La Brasseria’ Steakstones, La Piazza, La Dolce Vita to name a few we like. A little further away is the Villamartin Plaza a 25 minutes to walk there and there are usually taxis outside the Plaza to bring you home. If you would rather eat out locally, then the Pato Pekin Chinese restaurant is just around the corner as well a fabulous Indian Restaurant and ‘The Priory’ bar with live music. There is a lovely hideaway called the Secret Garden which is especially lovely lit up at night. In the immediate vicinity there is a few small supermarkets and 10-15 minutes walk away is a large supermarket ‘Mercadona’ and 15-20 minutes walk away is ‘Aldi’
