Magnifique et spacieux appartement de standing (rénové en 2021) dans résidence sécurisée avec 4 piscines, dont une chauffée toute l'année. Situé au coeur de nombreux parcours de golf, tout est fait pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour. Depuis la terrasse et la piscine, vous avez une vue splendide sur la mer ! En famille ou entre amis, vous vivrez ici un séjour inoubliable. Parcours de golf à 5 min. Plages à 15 min. Draps/serviettes et ménage de fin de séjour compris dans le prix.
L'appartement est situé sur la commune de Benahavis, entre Marbella et Estepona (à 20 minutes de Puerto Banus). La plage est à 15 min en voiture. Nombreux restaurants dans les villages de Benahavis, San Pedro et Marbella. Activités à proximité: plage, golf, tennis, paddle, randonnée, vélo/VTT, canyoning, ... Supermarché à 5 min en voiture.
