Property info

The entrance hall is wide enough to leave suitcases without hindering anyone’s way. Following down the corridor, we come across a small laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. There are 3 double bedrooms all with large built-in wardrobes. Two of them are the same size and have twin beds, whilst the third one is a master bedroom with a double bed. They all share a bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet delightfully decorated with pictures and a small library. There is air conditioning, heating and high speed internet Wi-Fi all around. On the rear side of the apartment there is another terrace with no views and a sink. The exceptional comfort, the idyllic central location and the warm furnishings of this beautiful and colorful apartment all combine to make you fall in love with Sitges and return home with lovely and vibrant memories.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is on Sant Bonaventura street, at the beginning of Sant Francesc street that leads to Cap de la Vila square; the heart of Sitges. Sant Francesc is a street full of boutiques and clothing stores: Escales, Intimissimi, Benetton, Yamamay or Roviralta jewelry. There are also good restaurants nearby, such as El Pou or Mamá # 5. It is less than 500m from the train and bus station and, although it is located downtown and there are music clubs on the street, it is usually a quiet area where party nights are not focused. Everything is within walking distance, from supermarkets to museums, and you can book a group tour guide to discover the secrets of modernist buildings in Sitges. Not far away you will find the Casa Joan Arias i Vidal, a building dating from 1915 on Calle Sant Gaudenci, 25-27. The first Hello Apartments office used to be on this street and we loved looking at the liana that covered the entire facade; a kind of passion flower. Also, do not forget to visit the public garden Hort de Can Falç or the small hidden streets such as the Passatge Mossèn Fèlix Clarà, these are the things that will make you fall in love with our city of Sitges.
