The best part is the responsiveness and kindness of the host. Then as an accommodation for practical purposes it's ideal. We only booked one night as a layover before we could pick up the rented car which was literally downstairs (BeCars, very good btw). Clean, silent, very accessible, spacious, practical - but at least for our taste it wouldn't be fit for a long holiday stay. Could be very fit for a kite surfing holiday where you only want a clean spot to crash at night - because it's right next to the local kite beach and it's got a big enough living room for a rolled kite or two. A couple of busy terraces at the ground floor also come in very handy in the morning.
