This tastefully furnished four bedroom villa is a 10 minute drive to the beach at Sant Antoni de Calonge. The villa is deep cleaned after every clients visit to ensure there is no spread of the Corona virus. The photographs are a true reference to the villa as you will find it, neat, clean & tidy. The villa offers a wonderful family holiday environment with the pretty medieval village of Calonge close by. Situated on quiet road, overlooking the exclusive urbanisation with panoramic views over the Gavarres mountains and the coast line beyond. This villa is unusual in that it has 600 square meters of flat garden area incorporating patios, gardens, pool, al-fresco dining covered area and BBQ. The swimming pool measures 8 x 4 meters with shallow steps to enter, and is conveniently positioned with easy access and visibility from the kitchen, dining room and lounge. The two main bedrooms in the turret have comfortable double size beds with en-suite facilities. The 3rd bedroom has a new double bed and the 4th bedroom has twin beds. The 3rd & 4th bedroom share the house bathroom. The lounge seats 6-8 people and has patio doors leading to the garden.
We were a family of 5 and we relocated to Spain seven years ago to experience something different. The children attend a local school in Palamos for 5 years, made lots of friends and became and became fluent in both Catalan and Spanish. Now they are growing up and perusing their dreams. We love the area and all it has to offer, its quaint bays and attractive Catalan towns and hope that you enjoy discovering the Costa Brava too.
The villa is situated at the top of a small quiet urbanisation which is partly inhabited by international residents and the remaining villas are holiday lets. At the base of the urbanisation is a small grassed area with a park, swing, slide & climbing frame. Its possible to walk into the village of Calonge by road but the fastest round is over the land in front of the villa by the old water tower. The town of Calonge has a local market every Thursday.
