This outdoor space seamlessly integrates with the open-plan living area through a 10m-wide glass facade. Premium features are found throughout the entire private estate such as; Beach Volley Ball Padel Court 80m-wide Sandy beach 200m2 terrace Drop Design Pool Luxury furnished Fire pit We have the right to request some guests to go through extra verification via our insurance partners SUPERHOG ★ CCTV ★ There are 3 cameras on the exterior of the property that are there only for the purpose of security against potential burglars. They aren't monitored so please feel at welcome home. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. There is a 'Minut' sensor that measures the noise decibels and ensures the neighbours aren't disturbed.
