This spacious and bright apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located just a few steps from the city center and is close to many Bus stops. If you have a vehicle, numerous parking spots surround the accommodation (Château de Caen, Marina, Quai de Vendeuvre). In the vicinity, you will find many shops, bars, and main restaurants of Caen. This apartment, located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, offers you all the comfort for both short and long stays, whether you are with family or friends. We renovated and rearranged it at the beginning of 2022. It consists of three bedrooms, each with a 140 by 200 bed, and dressers or shelves to store your belongings. Additional duvets, sheets, and pillows are available for your use. The living area is equipped with a TV, Wifi connection, a dining table, and a 3-seater sofa. It opens onto a balcony with a view of Saint Pierre Church and the castle. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped (oven, stove, washing machine, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and other surprises). In the bathroom, you will find a shower and all the necessities such as towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.
