Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to rent, on the commune of Rouen, this charming very luminous flat of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A separate kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine... - Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed (140x190) - A shower room with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the Book&Pay (ad management and booking service) and Boostars (concierge / housekeeping service) teams.

The apartment is ideally located in Rouen, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transportation : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation. - Free parking: Ile Lacroix (on-street parking, 1 km from the apartment) or Place du Boulingrin (large square, 1.2 km from the apartment). - Pay parking lots: The nearest to the apartment are Parking Hôtel de Ville (300 m) and Parking Cathedrale (500 m). - Every vehicle in Rouen must have a Crit'Air sticker. These can be ordered online for 3.72e per vehicle. Driving or parking without a sticker is punishable by a fine of 68e. - Amandus is located in a pedestrian zone with no parking facilities. However, between 7:00 and 11:00 a.m., vehicle access is permitted (e.g. to load or unload a car). - If you have an electric car, parking is free, but you must register in advance at payermonstationnement and provide the necessary documents. You'll need to download the application beforehand. - On-street parking: the historic center (where Amandus is located) is largely pedestrianized. But there is plenty of on-street parking within walking distance of the apartment. Parking is free every evening from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. the following morning, and free all Sunday.
