!!! Apartment fully refresh June 2022 !!! Welcome to Annecy old town! Ideally located in the very heart of the lively Annecy, while being incredibly quiet. Train station is only 5min walk, carpark 100m, lake 100m. Restaurants, bars, markets, shops are at the foot of the building, everything is accessible on foot and by bike Fully refreshed apartment (June 2022), 3 bedrooms overlooking a courtyard with their own bathrooms, ideal for large families and groups of friends. 2nd floor without elevator. From the entrance hall you come to an open kitchen which opens onto a large living room where you can find yourself. Your stay will look like a collocation between friends. Ideal for large families, couples of friends, work colleagues. Each bedroom has its private bathroom and storage space for your belongings. Two bedrooms with shower, one bedroom with bathtub. The bedding is new and very comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, fondue, all the necessary kitchen utensils, etc ... Salt, pepper, oil, Nespresso pods for the first awakening.
