Amazing southern view, both sunrise and sunset can be seen durning autumn, winter and spring! Lots of space, great airflow with lots of windows. Quiet, no road noise. There are +100 plus books to read if you like reading. Deck chair was great for soaking up some sun! WiFi worked great.
