It was clean and spacious with high-quality furnishings (unlike the cheap beds, sofas, etc. typically found in vacation rentals). It felt like a real home as opposed to an Ikea-filled 20-something's first apartment. In fact, I'm actually taking some inspiration from this apartment in refreshing my own home this year. We regularly stay at apartment/home rentals and this was the easiest check in/check out we've had in a long time. The host was very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay, and communication was clear and friendly. We are already planning our next stay.
