Bright and spacious living room, separate bedroom and WC. Fully equipped American kitchen. Shower cabin and bathtub in the bathroom. Washing machine, dishwasher. Optical fiber for internet, SmartTV, Bluetooth speaker. Triple gazing window, ensuring a quiet place. Rolling shutter in the bedroom, total black for the sleepers ;) Plaids, bath towels, shampoo and soaps available. // LOCATION // Public parking in the Porte Saint Jean street: fee of 2 euros /h from 9:00am to 11:30am and from 02:30pm to 06:00pm, free the rest of the time. Large public parking at Boulevard Jean Jaures at 2min walk: fee of 2 euros /h, free on saturdays and sundays. 2min walk from the tram. 14min walk from the Orleans railway station.
