We booked the apartment at short notice, because Lufthansa canceled our flight back to München und simply left us on our own in Bastia for 4 more days. This forced prolongation of our holiday became a nice experience, not least because of the cosy place where we stayed. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and decorated with taste. It is perfectly located in the very heart of Bastia. It is on the fifth floor of the building, which looked high up in the first day, but became very acceptable in the days after. We had everything we needed in short walking distance. We rented a car for trips outside the city and we could easily park it in the underground parkings close to the residence. The owner sent us messages with all necessary information for check-in/out, parking and answered fast to our questions. It was a pleasure to stay there!

Apartment on the Place du Marché completely renovated, 5th floor without elevator, very quiet and not overlooked. It consists of an entrance hall with a small storage cupboard, an equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge, extractor and dishwasher), a dining table and 4 chairs, as well as a lounge area. Kitchen utensils and crockery are also provided (plates, glasses, cups, bowls, pans, pots, etc.). The living room is equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a wall-mounted TV and a TV cabinet. The 2 bedrooms include a wall cupboard, a box spring and a mattress as well as pillows and duvets (one with a 140cm bed and the second with 160cm). The larger bedroom also includes a wall-mounted TV and its TV cabinet. The bathroom consists of a shower, a toilet, a sink and its cabinet as well as a washing machine. The windows of the apartment are double glazed. All rooms in the apartment have windows. Air conditioning is present in the kitchen lounge as well as in the 2 bedrooms. Sheets and towels provided.

Historic district of Bastia, very lively with its bars and restaurants but also its shops. 2 minutes walk from the old port, ten minutes walk from the Citadel of Bastia and its museum.
