In the bedroom, you will find a 140 bed and a storage cupboard. The bathroom (shower, sink) is separate from the WC. There is also a 7m2 terrace with garden furniture. A parking space is provided at number 460, within the residence with an electric gate and a guard. Animals not allowed.
