Close to the center, easy by walking. Parking is a great plus. Well equipped with beautiful garden. It is a pity we stayed only one night , definitely want to come back next time again

Magnificent three-bedroom apartment located in a peaceful oasis, boasting a large terrace and a delightful garden overlooking a verdant park. The co-ownership is extremely calm and secure, with a tennis court and a parking space. The housing is close to the city center (within a 5-10 minute walk), ideal for rest, work, and enjoying city life. The train station is within a 15-20 minute walk. The modern and welcoming apartment consists of a large living area (35m2) with an open and equipped kitchen, a living room with a bar, a large sofa, a smart TV, a retro gaming console, and a dining area. The apartment has a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a dressing room, a second bedroom with a convertible two-seater sofa bed (160x200cm), a dressing room, and a work area (desk). All rooms of the apartment overlook the private garden and park.
The Butte neighborhood is a peaceful area situated near the Doubs loop and just a 5-minute walk from the historic city center.
