REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED at least 24 hours before your arrival date via our online conciergerie service. You will be asked for proof of identity and the payment card used to make the reservation for the security deposit. The NESTOR&JEEVES ONLINE CONCIERGERIE will provide you with all the information you need about your apartment before and during your stay. PALAIS NICOLE is an apartment with two balconies, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is perfectly located seconds from the Promenade des Anglais, the sea and shops. Decorated in a pleasant and comfortable way, it is the ideal apartment to leave with friends or family. The apartment is very well equipped and has a free WIFI connection by fiber optic. You will be located in the city center, in the rue de France which is the street parallel to the famous Promenade des Anglais. In just a few seconds walk you will be on the beaches, and the pedestrian street with its many shops and restaurants. You will then reach the place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Médecin and its shops, as well as the Old Nice where you will be able to discover all the local specialties. You will find at the foot of your building all the local shops such as supermarket, baker, butcher, cheesemonger ....
