Come and enjoy the alpine air in this pretty 43 m² house, located just a 150 m walk from the 4* residence in the heart of Les Orres resort! The residence is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and lifts of Les Orres 1800. Take advantage of its shared relaxation area: swimming pool, hammam and sauna! This apartment for up to 7 people comprises a living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The accommodation comprises - A living room with pull-out sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: bunk bed, single bed, TV - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath Outside: - A shared outdoor swimming pool (heated) in the residence. - A shared sauna in the residence The swimming pool and sauna are accessible when the Les Orres resort is open, generally from the beginning of December to the end of April (opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the resort) - Two private parking spaces 150 m from the house (2 cars in a row) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The French Ski School (ESF) and shops are just 300 metres away, offering perfect proximity to the essentials of the resort. Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage, which can accommodate 2 cars in a row.
