Quiet luxury apartment with panoramic sea and Cap d'Antibes views. Clean and quality you can enjoy the song of the crickets and the flight of the seagulls on the 30m2 terrace with a large table for lunch or dinner in complete tranquility.

The panoramic view of the sea is a true privilege that you can enjoy at every moment from the terrace of your apartment. This residence nestled in a green environment is wonderfully located in a residential area, "les plateaus fleurs", of Saint-Laurent-du-Var. In the immediate vicinity of Nice. 10 minutes from the airport, in the heart of the Côte d'Azur, the town of Saint-Laurent-du-Var is served by the A8 motorway, the RN7 and the SNCF. It is also less than an hour and a half from the winter sports resorts of the Southern Alps (Isola 2000 and Auron) while still being by the sea! You will also be a few minutes from CAP 3000, the largest shopping center on the Côte d'Azur. From the residence, close to the marina and the beaches, you will be in the center of all amenities, close to all shops while enjoying a relaxing setting surrounded by vegetation.
