Welcome to my home! I welcome you in my 21 square meters studio in the heart of the 1st district of Lyon, located on the 3rd floor without elevator. It is ideally located in the center, not far from the place BELLECOUR and the City Hall. You will find many restaurants, bars and shops and will be able to stroll in the small streets of the city as well as the quays of the SAÔNE river. Very good stay :) ## Logement The studio is located on the 3rd floor without elevator and is composed of a living room with a double bed, a bathroom and a nice lounge area to relax after an intense day. You will find beautiful exposed beams on the ceiling that make the studio very warm. Be careful, the stairs are very steep. A paying parking lot is located near the studio. You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle. The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike and you will be able to do everything on foot. Don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!  The studio is quiet. It overlooks a street that is not very busy. A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler. ## Emplacement The hill of San Sebastián, previously located in Franc-Lyonnais, was integrated to the city of Lyon in 1512, when Louis XII decided the construction of fortifications at the top of the slopes in order to defend the city of Lyon. Located in the center of the peninsula, the 1st arrondissement is the smallest of all the districts of Lyon. Around the “Place des Terreaux”, bars and pubs make it one of the liveliest areas of the city. The famous places are: - La “place des Terreaux” - The ascent of “la Grande-Côte” - The garden of “les Chartreux” - “Place de la Comédie” - The Republique Street - Louis Pradel square - Saint-Vincent Quay Supermarket "A2Pas Auchan" : 2 mn walk Pharmacy "de l'Opéra" : 2 mn walk Baker...
