You'll adore this classic and charming 80 sqm Parisian apartment situated in the upscale 16th arrondissement. This apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring a double bedroom with its own bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the living room. Additionally, there is another bathroom for added convenience and a dining table. You'll enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave... Neighborhood is very safe.

Our apartment is located in the classy 16th district and next to Bois de Boulogne, Roland Garros and Le Parc des Princes. Safe and clean, you'll find all the shops, grocery, caterer, restaurants, next to the unit including one of the best bakery in town. The well known Avenue Victor Hugo, is next door as well as la Clinique de la Muette. Located near the famous Place du Trocadero, walking distance to the Champs de Mars and Eiffel Tower or les Champs Élysées.
