Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 38 m² ground-floor flat for rent in Caudebec-en-Caux, with a view of the Seine loop and the Brotonne bridge. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises an attractive 11 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a bathroom and a shared garden of around 650 m². Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 11 m² with TV, Wifi, and double sofa bed. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... and dining area. - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a TV. - Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Shared exterior: - A beautiful shared garden of about 650 m², facing East/South-East, enclosed and sloping. For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, baby bed. Other remarks : - Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility. - Sheets and towels included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free Wifi available. - Access to the accommodation by stairs and outside steps. - Possibility of washing and ironing (in small quantities), with an extra charge of 5euros for washing and 5euros for ironing.
