Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, with Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming duplex giving directly on the beach, with stay seen sea, of a surface of 64 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a loggia. We are waiting for you ! The housing is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - A living room with a sea view of 25 m² with TV, Wifi included, sofa, armchairs and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a loggia facing South. - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. On the first floor: - Bedroom 2: two single beds, storage and work space. - Bedroom 3 (attic): a single bed with a drawer bed, ideal for children. - A shower room with shower and toilet. Exterior: - A loggia accessible from the bedroom on the first floor of the duplex. For even more comfort are provided: high chair, baby bed, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Other remarks : - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.
