Charming quiet and spacious duplex in the heart of downtown Toulouse, in the lively district of Saint Cyprien. A few steps from the Saint Cyprien metro station (150m), the famous Pont Neuf (250m), Place Esquirol (500m). Bonus: a free private parking 100m away from the building (only 1.9m wide cars can park). The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator), offers two double bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, and free Wifi. Bed linen and towels are included to make your stay even more enjoyable. This charming apartment, completely renovated, offers quality services and a very neat decoration. Its strengths are: - Location: It is located 2 minutes walk from the Pont Neuf and the Hotel Dieu, 5 minutes walk from Place Esquirol, in the middle of the lively district of Saint-Cyprien, very popular for its village side. - quiet: You can enjoy a large space on the first level including living room, dining room and kitchen, the charm of a "Toulousaine" with its exposed brick wall. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs under the roof and are quiet without traffic noise. - its practicality: > The apartment is equipped with Air conditioning > The rooms are quiet > check-in can be made at any time. Please contact us for more information. - Security: the residence is secure. Access through 2 locked doors. The apartment is on the third floor without elevator. - suitable for children. Your little ones are welcome: baby bath, cot, baby rocking chair are at your disposal. The stairs in the apartment are a bit steep. Bed linen and towels are provided and washed by a professional. At your disposal: free wifi, equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher), Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, flat screen TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The toilets are on the first level. The bathroom without toilets is on the second level with the bedrooms.

This charming apartment, completely renovated, offers quality services and a very neat decoration. Its strengths are: - Location: It is located 2 minutes walk from the Pont Neuf and the Hotel Dieu, 5 minutes walk from Place Esquirol, in the middle of the lively district of Saint-Cyprien, very popular for its village side. We recommend the "boulangerie" Cyprien located on the same street. They do one of the best "chocolatine" of Toulouse. For dinner, we recommend the restaurant named Prima Circus.
