A house in the center of Nantes, in a quiet location with a parking space, a nugget you might say! Yes, it is! We're delighted to present this lovely house, freshly renovated for your comfort! Located quai de Versailles in the Hauts-Pavés - Saint-Félix district, l'Ecrin des bords de l'Erdre is ideally situated. The home This house is nestled at the end of a private, secure cul-de-sac, offering a peaceful environment. Its verdant setting will give you the impression of being in the countryside. If you're travelling by car, you'll be able to park your car free of charge in the private courtyard alongside the house. If you're a pedestrian or cyclist, you'll find it easy to get to the city center, as the house is just a stone's throw from the Motte Rouge tramway station. The accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with trundle beds), a bathroom, a living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen and a small outdoor area for enjoying the warm weather. - For your information, the tramway line 2 is being renovated from June 25 to August 27. This may cause a bit of noise, and line detour or station closures are also possible at certain times.

Line 2 of the tramway runs along the Quai de Versailles. Motte Rouge station is located in front of the cul-de-sac exit. It's 3 stations from downtown. Alternatively, you can rent bicycles and walk around the charming neighborhood. ACCESS from Ecrin des bords de l'Erdre : 1 min walk from Motte Rouge streetcar stop (line 2) 3 min walk from Bateaux Nantais 4 min walk from Ile de Versailles (Japanese garden) 5 min walk to bakery and pharmacy 15;20 min walk or 10 min streetcar ride to Nantes city center And close to numerous restaurants, shops and bars.
