Located on the Cours Fauriel, one of the most beautiful areas of St-Etienne, you will be close to the train station without having to enter the city center. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 45 m² with TV, sofa, armchairs and large table connected with wall screen - An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and dressing room adjoining the bedroom with washing machine - A bathroom with shower and toilet - A 7 meters long balcony facing south with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days For more comfort : high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
