Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 34 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a dressing room and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you! The apartment comprises - A 34 m² living room with dining area, and sleeping area with a single bed; and a second sleeping area, separated by a curtain, with a double bed (140×190) - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC - A dressing room Exterior : - A 25m² north-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the apartment - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner).
